Dual Speed Motor
A variety of applications such as machine tools, fan and pumps, hoists and cranes, positioning equipments and manu others need dual speed motors. Dual speeds can be achieved either by separate winding or by changing pole connections. By and large, by changing the speed, the output power of the motor changes but the torque remains almost constant. The best motor for the application can be selected from the table below. For quantity requiremenents special ratings can be developed.
